Hey there, and many thanks for developing these delicious recipes for all paleo dieters! I’m actually following a “neo” paleo diet (not extremely strick) by which I mean consuming dairy products, basicly cottage cheese and quark and some hard cheeses. Should give those up probably but I’m so keen to them… Also I don’t eat red meat or buy chicken and peas and beans and soya are bad for my stomach. So I need to find my protein
Anyway, I just wanted to ask which one of these recipes is your favourite? ‘Cause I would try that first. Thanks for the great blog, cheers!

Probably the chocolate banana ice-creams and the chocolate coconut custard are my favourites! I also enjoy the chocolate zucchini cake which i put together. You can find it here: http://nikkisblogspot.com/2008/03/05/first-post-its-a-good-one
